『Wheelers and Dealers』是款以買賣為主軸的經營遊戲，玩家必須利用一開始系統給予的短少資金作為交易本錢，在整個城市的區域中與不同NPC做交易，重點是在於討價還價的過程，以最便宜的價格收購，再以高於進價的價格將物品販售給其他的NPC。
遊戲中對於人物的屬性有八大取向，像是經銷商、騙子、律師、朋友...等，隨著玩家與不同NPC交易，屬性聲望也會跟著增長，最具體就是直接影響了NPC的賣買意願，也決定了玩家的整體收益。另一個特別的地方則是玩家可隨意與NPC攀談，在談話間亦可增進與NPC的友好度。
獲得更多資金的同時，對自己的小屋做一些裝飾，好友拜訪才不會顯得簡陋。而社交方面，同樣是可使用需求清單向好友索取些物品，或是擺入與NPC購買的物品銷售給好友，透過互助，得以快速拓展某方面的屬性聲望。
