相信喜歡文明帝國的朋友對『Civilization』這英文單字不會陌生吧！今天就是來說一下這件好消息（有注意此Game的朋友就跳過吧！！），所有文明帝國的迷哥迷姐注意聽囉～
於 01/07-2011 在 CIV World 的粉絲頁面上 Sid Meier 公佈了第一階段 CB 的時間，訂於 01/12-2011 有興趣和英文不錯的朋友可以參考一下原文連結，如果英文不是很OK，那看完 ACE 的報導應該可以稍微瞭解。

摘錄其中一段話（未完全翻譯解釋一下重點）：
We’re also happy to announce that we intend to launch the Closed Alpha test version of the game on January 12th, and you can sign up to become part of our development testing team starting today! Would you like a chance to join the test? Then we’ll need you to form a team with your friends, and sign up for the alpha test as a team. Why a team? Because to win in Civ World, you’ll need to collaborate with your friends in order to do well in the game and become ruler of the world, so in our early Alpha testing, we’re grouping people together to simulate how the game will work when it’s available to the world at large. In the final game, you’ll be able to sign up individually (although we’ll love it if you invite your friends), but to participate in Closed Alpha, you’ll have to enter as a team. It’s up to you how you organize your testing team. Your team can be anywhere from 5-50 people.
此段內容主要是預告 CB 的日期以及遊戲進行方式，看起來是需要 Team Work 的，而這次 Alpha test 亦是要求玩家組隊參與，從 Your team can be anywhere from 5-50 people.不難看出些許端倪。
看來確定不是 OB 的狀態，所以想完的朋友只能乖乖到官方網站去申請，測試資格通過審查會以 E-Mail 方式通知，官方申請頁面連結如下：

※這邊會要求完家填寫一些基本資料，團隊名稱，和遊戲資歷…等資訊，填完就是聽天由命了。 Orz
而官方說法講出了 CIV World 將有一個明確的開始和結束（類似Travian？），在每場勝利結束後可以看到在這回合理最傑出的玩家。一路上，透過不同時代進步的，每個人都有機會贏得勝利。並希望玩家同時擁有一個最終目標而努力（所以團隊合作，類似公會的系統應該佔了重要的一席之地）。
ACE碎碎唸：
目前尚未在官方看到遊戲畫面釋出和較詳細的遊戲進行方式，所以 ACE 也無法做個先行的遊戲解說，這邊比較抱歉一點，而這篇新聞主要讓有興趣參與但沒注意到官方訊息的朋友能先有個底；另一個更重要的原因則是由於 Alpha test 採資格審核， ACE 雖申請了但不確定是否有機會拿到資格，如果已經有朋友獲得資格，個人認為應該會是以邀請方式讓好友參與，那那那…如果 ACE 通過審核確定無誤後，有邀請名額會在 Web Game @Live 中在行公佈，如果很不幸未能取得資格，希望有拿到 Alpha test 資格的朋友加入 ACE 吧！！ （其實這才是本篇的重點），暫時先介紹到這邊，有進一步的消息再來談談囉～
